Hearty Omelettes

First, beat 2 eggs in one of Adrienne Chapelle's batter bowls.

Use the handy handle and pour spout to transfer the eggs to a warm,
buttered pan. No mess!

Once the eggs have mostly cooked, add your choice of ingredients.
Adrienne's sons love cheddar cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and ham. Wait for
the fillings to heat through and the cheese to melt.

Fold over to close, then sprinkle a little more cheddar on top for good
measure.
Transfer to one of Adrienne's hand-thrown plates, and serve with sausage.
